Museum of Polo & Hall of Fame Graciously Thanks Returning and New Sponsors for 31st Annual Induction Ceremony and Awards Dinner Gala
Lake Worth, Fla. - Feb. 6, 2020 - In less than two weeks, the Museum of Polo and Hall of Fame will honor human and equine polo athletes that have made incredible contributions to the sport during its 31st Annual Hall of Fame Awards Gala, which is made possible thanks to the generosity of the night's various benefactors. On Feb. 14, 2020, the collective efforts of the sponsors and the event organizers will result in an elegant evening at the Museum of Polo and Hall of Fame's landmark location in Lake Worth, Fla. Following successful and beautiful celebrations in past years, the Awards Gala will continue to impress with delectable cuisine, crafted cocktails and glorious awards, each of which have been made possible due to a series of returning and new sponsors' ongoing commitments to enhance the sport of polo and honor its heroes.

"We are so thrilled to have a wonderful evening planned for the 2020 Hall of Fame Awards Gala at the Museum of Polo and Hall of Fame. This entire endeavor would not be possible without the help of our generous sponsors, and I can't thank them enough for their contributions. I am particularly excited that all of our 2019 sponsors wanted to return and we also welcomed two new official supporters, all of which will lend to a special celebration for the sport of polo and some of its most profound members," commented Brenda Lynn of the Museum of Polo and Hall of Fame.

A testament to the celebration's glory, the Museum of Polo and Hall of Fame is proud to announce that the entire roster of 2019 supporters will reprise their roles in 2020, with a few new additions, as well. One of the defining portions of the event, the dinner celebration has been graciously underwritten by Melissa and Marc Ganzi, who have been reception sponsors since 2007, as well as Digital Bridge Holdings, LLC and the Grand Champions Polo Club. These sponsors play a significant role in the evening's activities by sponsoring the dinner and making it the fundraising success that it is.

Because it is not a party without the important Wine and Spirit Sponsors, credit also goes to the combined efforts of Robert S. Lipman, Margaret Lipman Orthwein, Lipman Brothers, LLC, Brown-Forman, Bacardi USA, Tito's Handmade Vodka, Old Hickory Bourbon, Line 39 Wine and Korbel Champagne. Guests will be treated to a wide variety of drink and cocktails selections thanks to their magnanimous participation in the evening. Their support is even more special considering all nine of the supporters are welcomed back as 2020 sponsors.

With two new sponsors on the docket, the Museum of Polo and Hall of Fame can further enhance the experience of attendees in addition to the night's festivities. US Polo Assn. and Jetcraft are the two outstanding organizations that have stepped up to join in supporting the 31st Annual Hall of Fame Awards Gala. Their participation is a good fit for the occasion and their values align perfectly with the mission of the Museum of Polo and Hall of Fame: fostering an appreciation of the sport, its history, development and traditions.

During the celebration portion at the end of the night, it will be the entertainment sponsor, Jan Pamela Polo Ranch, that allows the party to continue thanks to its 2020 support. Attending individuals will leave the event with a gift book in hand thanks to Maureen Brennan's Iconica Foundation, Martin and Amanda Cregg, and Mike Egan, each of which contributed to the creation of the attractive commemorative book. The Museum of Polo and Hall of Fame would like to further extend its gratitude to the photography, exhibit and social media sponsors, Alex Pacheco, Krystal Zaskey Photography, Morning Line, Chukker TV, and Melinda Brewer, for aiding in providing guests with reminders of the historical evening.

Annually immortalizing some of the most memorable polo ponies to play the game, renowned artist Melinda Brewer has completed over 200 commissioned polo portraits to date, and her work will continue with the 2020 ceremony. During the evening, Brewer's bespoke pieces will be unveiled, this year depicting Wembley and Gargantilla, the two recipients of the Horses to Remember Award.

The 31st Annual Hall of Fame Awards Gala promises to be a night full of glamour, history and celebration as some of the sport's most notable figures, both human and equine, will be recognized. The 2020 inductees, who will join the ranks of those individuals who have impacted the sport in both the past and present, include six individuals: Joey Casey, Cyril R. Harrison, Pat Dix, George C. Sherman, Sr., Wembley and Gargantilla.

Please consider joining in the festivities by sending an RSVP to Brenda Lynn at the Museum of Polo, who can be reached at 561-969-3210 or This email address is being protected from spambots.
